Getting to Dome Hostel Most younger people speak some English yet they are often shy to talk back. Ask for directions to Doma Square, we are in Mazā Jaunavu iela 8 (translated in English: Little Virgin's street) we are opposite Hesburgers and above Suveniers shop and La Belle Epoque (french bar).
From airport The bus stop is located on the other side of the airport carpark. Follow the zebra crossing . Bus 22 and 22a runs about every 30 mins and only costs a cheap 0.25 ls. To the city. Travel time about 25 mins. Conductor on bus will give ticket & change. Get off at stockmann department store (5 level building). The hostel is about 400metres and six streets from here. Cross the 6 lane main road called Janvara iela 13 (13th january street). You can cross the road by using the city underpass tunnels. Ask directions to doma square or just look for the tallest church, Doma baznica,which is on Doma square. The taxi rank is on departure level and the red taxi service Awaits. Taxi ride is about 15 mins to city. Cost about 7 lats. Make sure the meter is on. The taxi can not enter riga old town so get the driver to drop you off at the Latvian Occupation museum , walk up Kungu street to Doma church and look for the Double Coffee sign, we are opposite.
